Our Story

Artstrom LLC was founded by Lazaro Alvarez on that idea — and on the belief that the outdoor part of a home deserves the same care as the inside.
With over a decade of hands-on experience, our crew builds custom decks, paver patios, retaining walls, pavilions, porches, and fences from our shop on Lake Drive in Bel Air. We work throughout Harford County and across Cecil, Carroll, and Howard counties — close enough that we're not guessing about local soil, drainage, or what the permit office will ask for.
We handle the whole project in-house rather than juggling subcontractors, we use materials that hold up to Maryland freeze-thaw winters, and we price every job itemized so you can see exactly what you're paying for. Military personnel receive 5% off, and winter builds qualify for additional seasonal savings.
